E is for Effort!

I was supposed to blog this earlier but....

Anyway,

Rob & I have been rekindling our relationship okay, our love after things have been settled between us.

I want to commend him for exerting so much effort that I feel as if he is courting me.

Since we've seen each other again and talked, he's been doing A LOT of things for me.

I mean, A LOT.

He's been bringing me to and fetching me from work EVERYDAY. EVERY SINGLE DAY.

I live in Manila. He lives in Mandaluyong. I work in Bonifacio Global City.

Please do the analysis of how far he goes to and fro.

I always ask him why he never gets tired of doing things for me. His answer is always "Dati pa naman ako ganito ah?"

Oh yes. I remember. I even blogged about how I felt loved here, here, and here.

And because I felt he was doing much for me, I decided to give him back a little present -I cooked for him

Yes, me - the girl who burns burger patties, does overcooked noodles and shrieks while frying because I'm scared of the boiling oil. Yes, I, me, moi cooked for Robinson Quiblat.

And that's not the best part.. The best part is not the cooking but what I cooked! Ha!

I tried googling recipes but they're very alien to me. It's like reading hieroglyphics or something.

And then I thought of his favorite vial.. Why not impress him with my non-existent talent in the kitchen by serving him his favorite that is prepared by no other than ME. :)

Of course I thought of the risk of forever ruining the reputation of chicken curry but Rob loves me so much he'll forgive me if he ends up in a hospital bed or the comfort room. I'm kidding!

So anyway, the thing is:

I cooked....

Wait for it...

Wait for it...

chicken curry for him.

Yes. The Indian cuisine is what I prepared for him. It was a big leap from my specialization of frying. *slow clap*

So after feeling like a complete dork in the kitchen, this is what I ended up with:

the happy husband with the pink eye :) yey!

He was very touched that I thought of cooking him his favorite.

Rob was too nice and told me it did taste really good. Of course he had to say that, I'm his wife!! And I did it for him. He should be grateful. Kidding! :)

CONGRATS TO ME FOR BEING SUCH AN AWESOME WIFE!!! *applause*

I should get an award or have a monument built in honor of me. hahahaha

And because I'm such a (self-proclaimed) good wife, he just had to bring me to the salon and had my toes done..

We did nothing but camwhore because I was too amazed with my hair falling naturally beautiful that day.

All thanks to Pantene Hairfall Control Conditioner.

FYI: I'm too lazy to use conditioner whenever I bathe so I just shampoo my hair. And I complain that my hair's too dry & damaged because of all the coloring I did.

Who would have thought that just a ONE TIME use of Pantene conditioner would make me twice as beautiful? I'm gonna beat the laziness out now. I love how it falls oh so perfectly! Rob sure does love it too! :)

Tadah!!! :)

I wonder who's luckier? Me or Rob? ♥
