Alveo Sales Kickoff & Phoenix Team Building

ALVEO SALES KICKOFF
Club Balai Isabel
January 23-24, 2013

I have always felt that I am so lucky to be part of the Ayala Company. I have grown so much since I've been with the company. On our Sales Kickoff, we discussed all the exciting new projects that we will launch this year. I'm very, very excited as they are all so promising. Of course, I would want to launch the 3rd tower of High Street South but oh well, may the odds be in my favor. Haha. Anyway, the kickoff was fun because it was a field trip "company style". hahaha. We were kidding each other at the bus and sleeping most of the time.

My ID. Bus number 14 baby!

Our Field Trip Picture! (kinda blurry cause it's from IG)

cause Rob was too anxious of letting me go, he had me wear his bling. hoho

Our dance troupe! Yay! You all did so well!

That night was just pure fun. We screamed our hearts out for the Mr. & Ms Alveo. I didn't have pictures of it cause my camera is so fail. hahaha. Go Phoenix!!!

with our very own Mr. Alveo, Anton

The view in Balai Isabel is breath-taking. But nothing beats the view from our balcony! Hardcore paradise it is!

PHOENIX TEAM BUILDING
Fontana, Clark, Pampanga
January 29-30, 2013

Just a week after the Sales Kickkoff in Balai Isabel, our team had our team building activity. It was a bit last minute and we had just 5 days notice. It's all because the International Team are leaving for Singapore and USA and we will never be complete again for the next 3 months.

Our first activity was Amazing Race. We were grouped into five teams: White, Blue, Green, Purple and Red. Team building was made true as we were grouped with people that we are not really close to. White Team is the team I led and we were all unfamiliar with each other. I'm so proud of our team cause we were the first group to be complete.

TEAM WHITE

Clue  #1 : This is the Jollibee in Petron where we're supposed to get our breakfast! We were leading at this point.

Clue #2 led us to this Select Store in a Shell Station. The challenge was to consume a whole tub of Ice Cream and a whole loaf of Gardenia Wheat Bread. Group effort!!! Still leading!!

Clue #3

Next challenge is to sell out twenty panties!! Hahahahaha. Our most valued clients were tricycle drivers!

Next challenge is to dive for five (5) one peso coins.
Oh yes! I can swim.

After taking a shower, we ate lunch at Amado's. They serve really good chicharon. Urgh!

The following day...

Food!!!

After in Abe's Farm, we went to Marquee mall, shopped a bit. No pictures cause my cam is dead already and my phone is almost dying. First time I ever tried Okinawa Milk Tea from Dakasi and I'm addicted. It is also to blame for an embarrassing thing that happened at NLEX. Huhu. Stop over at Shell of Asia and bought stuff from Giordano. Nobody slept during the whole trip cause we were busy laughing. We arrived probably at 8pm.

Those out of town trips were good breaks from my super busy life. Haay. :)
