Today's homily was about faith. I was kind of affected because right now, that's the only thing that keeps me going. I am such in a very unlikely place right now and only my faith soothes my hurt.
Sometimes, God gives us people in our lives and at some point, He needs them back.
We have to give it back. They are not ours to keep.
We have to love them unconditionally, from a distance and despite the hurt.
Jesus loved us in the same way. He knew that we would continuously sin even if He had given up His life to save us.
Let us learn how to love like that.
I am still in the process of learning this cause I'm only human, fallible and weak.
God is the source of my strength, above all else.
I pray to find the strength and the courage to follow where He leads me.
All these things are happening according to His plan.
I know that He is in control and would not allow any pain to happen to me without a purpose.
God is wise. God is always on time.
I just have to have faith and pray for perseverance.
In God's perfect time, everything will make sense.
And we will understand why..
